Lifeguard Job Description: We all value excellence here so come be a part of one of the best waterpark lifeguard teams in the New England area! You will receive top notch training through the International Pool and Waterpark Lifeguard Program (Jeff Ellis and Associates). Water Country has been recipients of numerous awards for our high standard of professionalism and safety. As a lifeguard you will undergo four hours of in-service training each month to maintain your license and to keep your skills as keen as possible. Application Requirements: A guest friendly attitude is a MUST. Bring your sunscreen because you will be working outdoors and will have to be able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours at a time. Also providing a safe environment by enforcing general park and safety rules, as well as interacting with guests while dispatching on all of our attractions will be a part of your day to day responsibilities. Being water oriented and good swimming skills are required. No prior experience or training is needed, we take care of that. Applicants must be 16yrs. or older.
