As an Aquatics Manager, you...

• Lead and manage aquatics operations by recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising ~150 lifeguards, while overseeing daily inspections, incident reports, and overall team performance. 
• Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance by adhering to Ellis & Associates, ADA, ASTM, and federal/state/local standards, and maintaining accurate Zone Coverage, ZOP, and audit records. 
• Develop and manage operational programs including monthly in-service trainings, operating and labor budgets, and cross-departmental support such as maintenance and groundskeeping. 
• Enhance guest and team experience through coaching and mentoring hosts, improving NPS/eNPS scores, collaborating with park leadership, and participating in the Manager on Duty program. 

As a lifeguard at Water Country, you...

• Ensure the safety of guests on slides, pools and other aquatic areas
• Must successfully complete and pass the Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Program - all training is provided
• Must be at least 15 years of age.

• Provide high-quality patient care during emergency and non-emergency responses.
